Leslie Hernandez Tlatenchi
Inspired by my hometown’s Mexican panaderia, I created an online panaderia shop that combines my Mexican and American upbringing. Casa, a home, and Tlatenchi, my second last name, represent the two most important things in my life. It was at home where I gained support and inspiration despite the limits that others placed on me. My DACA status is not a limit but an inspiration that dreams are possible.
